At A Noticed Difference Therapeutic Massage Studio, we’re looking for a therapist who’s passionate about the art and science of meaningful, healing touch—and who’s excited to deepen their expertise in advanced therapeutic techniques that make an impactful difference in our clients lives.
We are currently hiring for a part-time LMT with the opportunity to grow into full time with interest in taking personal ownership of their work, the client experience, and growth within the company.
Experience in therapeutic modalities is a plus — we provide paid training for the rest.

Licensed Massage Therapist we're looking for:
A highly intuitive therapist that is also skilled in understanding pain and stress patterns, and genuinely passionate about Therapeutic Massage outcomes. This role is best suited for therapists who take personal ownership of their work, client experience, and growth. Therapists who actively participate in intake, treatment planning, and rebooking build stronger client relationships and more consistent schedules over time.
Your role as a licensed massage therapist:
- Provide impactful Massage Therapy sessions, from 30 minutes to 120 minutes, that help clients meet their health and wellness goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of services and offer recommendations to support their ongoing well-being.
- Participate in monthly paid trainings and team meetings to continuously enhance your expertise.
- Collaborating with your team to ensure every client receives a consistently excellent experience
Compensation and Requirements:
- Thriving pay starting at $30/massage unit hour (based on experience, certifications, and results).
- Flexible schedules with shifts available Monday–Friday (9am-7pm) and rotating weekends (Sat. 9am-4pm, Sundays 10am-5pm)

- Texas Massage Therapy License (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in Massage Therapy and Customer Service (required)
