Prenatal Massage/Pregnancy Massage
Performed while mom is out of her first trimester (14 weeks and beyond) using long but gentle strokes, and compressions that help her relax. This session is an excellent option for expecting mothers to help relieve fatigued muscles, tension headaches, and overall muscular stiffness that often accompanies the growing stages of pregnancy.
Swedish Massage
This is a type of massage that involves mostly slow rhythmic strokes to calm the body’s nervous system and increase circulation throughout the body. This type of massage is commonly used for stress reduction, and is highly recommended for any age or lifestyle.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is a variety of specialized massage techniques (e.g. stretching, myofascial release, trigger point) used to alleviate chronic knots, tense problem areas, and/or past injuries. This therapy focuses on the connective tissue, “the glue” that holds muscles together, and works by softening the “knot” so you may have more mobility after your session than before.
Orthopedic Massage
A more advanced massage application that aids in soft tissue injuries (i.e. muscle sprains, strains, or a past physical injury) that limits your range of motion considerably. Through a very gentle and passive range of motion, your therapist can feel what muscles are binding up your joint(s) and work more specifically in that area with a variety of techniques to alleviate and reduce the tension. This therapy is gentle work that can be performed on any age client and is performed completely pain-free!

Neuromuscular Massage
This is a gentle technique that involves actively engaging specified muscle groups to release or relax another specified muscle group. This technique is highly recommended for athletes with tight contracted muscles, as well as the everyday individual who may have overworked an area of their body.
Trigger Point Therapy
Specifically targets tight areas within your muscle tissue that create referred pain throughout the body. This therapy involves applying varying amounts of pressure to a specified area until a release of the soft tissue is achieved and/or felt. This is a technique that is used throughout your session per request.
Cupping
Using silicon cups, your therapist will create suction between the cup and the muscular tissue to reduce ischemia and rehydrate the tissue with optimal blood flow. This can be done in a static or dynamic method and may cause a slight reddening of the skin but will dissipate within a few hours. This is ideal for anyone that may be overly sensitive to pressure or touch, as it is a very gentle therapy that stimulates circulation.
Cranial-Sacral Massage
Provides relief from headaches, TMJ, and general neck and shoulder tension through slow rhythmic motions that increase circulation to the head and alleviate muscular tension in the neck by decompressing the head, neck, and spine and incorporating gentle myofascial stretches.
